These error codes occur when the lawn mower detects an unsafe situation and activates the safety lock. Identify your error code below and follow the provided solution.
THEFT PROTECTION & EMERGENCY STOP
E01 — Theft protection triggered
Unlock the PIN code lock and safety lock after confirming safety.
E02 — Emergency stop lock triggered
Release the safety lock after confirming safety.
LIFT, TILT & TIP
E05 — Lift lock triggered
Place the machine down and release the safety lock after confirming safety.
E06 — Tilt lock triggered
Place the machine down and release the safety lock after confirming safety.
E07 — Tip lock triggered
Turn the machine over and release the safety lock after confirming safety.
E11 — Long-term release — the machine is lifted and locked
Try to release manually. Release the safety lock after confirming safety.
COLLISION & OCCLUSION
E03 — The machine is operating outside the grass area
Ensure the machine is on the grass area and that the grass is visible in front. Release the safety lock after confirming safety.
E04 — Occlusion lock triggered
Confirm that the lens and front are unobstructed. Release the safety lock after confirming safety.
E08 — Continuous collision locking
Check that the machine is not colliding or encountering resistance. Release the safety lock after confirming safety.

- Confirm that the area is safe and free of obstacles
- Manually release or unlock the safety lock
- Place or turn the machine correctly back on the grass
- Restart the lawn mower
