If the lawn mower does not start, it is usually due to power, safety, or start-up conditions 


Check first 

  • The lawn mower is switched on 
  • It is correctly positioned in the charging station 
  • The battery has sufficient charge 
  • The PIN code is entered correctly 

The lawn mower only starts when it is switched on and correctly unlocked with the PIN code 


Common causes and solutions 

No response when starting 

  • Check power and charging 
  • Place the lawn mower correctly in the charging station 

PIN code error (F01)

  • Enter the correct PIN code
  • Reopen the input field and try again 

Safety lock activated (E01 / E02) 

  • Unlock the device after safety check 

Recommended action 

  1. Switch off the lawn mower 
  2. Wait about 10 seconds 
  3. Switch on again 
  4. Try starting again
