At the initial startup, the lawn mower must map the working area.
Procedure
Place the lawn mower in the charging station
Turn on the device
Enter the PIN code
Press Start and then OK
The lawn mower will drive along the boundary and then return to the charging station.
Once the mapping is complete, the area must be confirmed.
If mapping is not completed
Check that the area is free of obstacles
Ensure a clear transition between grass and non-grass
Avoid narrow passages under 1 metre
Can I start a new mapping manually or via remote control?
It is not possible to start the mapping manually or via remote control. The good news is that your Grouw Pure Vision handles the mapping completely automatically! The process is simple:
How to start a new mapping:
- Lift the lawn mower for more than 10 seconds
- Place it back in the charging station and ensure it is charged
- Turn on the device
- Press Start and then OK
- The lawn mower will automatically drive along the edge of the lawn and map the area itself
- When the mapping is complete, press OK to confirm
The lawn mower takes care of the rest entirely by itself — you don’t need to do anything further!
Tip: Make sure the area is free of obstacles before mapping, so it runs as smoothly as possible.
