If your weather station cannot connect to Wi-Fi, you can try the following
- Try removing the batteries from both devices, and then wait for 5 minutes.
- Then insert the batteries into the outdoor unit first and lastly into the indoor unit. Wait until they have reconnected with each other before moving the sensor outside.
Important: Check that your smartphone is connected to a 2.4 GHz wi-fi network and that Blueto-
oth is enabled.
If you do not know which GHz frequency your Wi‑Fi network uses, you should contact your internet provider.
