If you own one of the machines, please follow the steps below:
Grouw 600 App control : (Item number: 17935)
Grouw 900 App control : (Item number: 17936)
Grouw 1200 App control : (Item number: 17937)
- Insert the USB key into the USB port (the key must be in FAT/FAT 32 format)
- The USB key is usually in FAT/FAT 32 format, but if not, see below to change it
- Right click the USB drive and click format
- Check if it does have "FAT/FAT 32" as its format. If not click the system and click start
- This will take a couple of minutes, after that continue putting the USB drive into the port shown below
2. Hold down the robot's "Power" button and "OK" button simultaneously for more than 3 seconds, then all indicators on the control panel will light up
3. Press button number 1.
4. After the machine has restarted itself and beeped, turn off the machine.
5. Remove the USB key and use a computer to read the text file from it. The text file contains a PUK code. Contact our service department and provide the PUK code. You will then receive your PIN code.
6. To have your PUK security code repaired, you must send it to service along with a copy of the purchase receipt by email.
