Info regarding collection of exercise machines
When your exercise machine is to be collected, it is important that it fits within the pallet’s dimensions.
This means that it or parts of it must not protrude beyond the pallet or risk falling off the pallet during transport.
In the pictures below (the green lines) you can see how a treadmill is correctly placed on the pallet so that it fits within the pallet’s dimensions. This minimises the risk of transport damage when it is sent back for inspection/repair.
The running surface is lifted so that the hydraulic pump is locked. The treadmill is placed approximately in the middle of the pallet, so the front and back ends roughly align with the pallet’s dimensions.
The power cable may be attached to the handlebar, see the red circle in the pictures below. The two plastic covers on the sides at the front end may be removed and placed in a bag on the pallet. See the blue circles in the pictures below.
It is best if the treadmill is returned as assembled as possible. This prevents parts from getting lost during transport or falling off and becoming damaged.
If you wish to wrap your machine to protect it from the weather, this can be done with a tarpaulin or by covering it with plastic on top.
