Motor Error:

When your machine makes noise or shows a motor error, there may be several causes for this error message.

It is important that you read the entire guide.

Please check the following:

  • Check the blade disc and wheel motors to see if they are blocked by cut grass, mud, or similar, and how worn the blades are (if the blades are worn, they must be replaced).
  • Clean the robotic lawnmower with a brush or cloth, then try to start the machine again.
  • Errors can occur due to the cutting height being set too low. Set the cutting height to 60 mm and start the robot. If the machine runs without errors, it means your cutting height was set too low, or the grass is too tall. Lower the cutting height by a maximum of 10 mm at a time over a week until you achieve the desired grass height.
  • The blades are stuck on the blade disc, preventing them from rotating correctly.

Blade Replacement

Remove old blades and clean the cutting disc with a wire brush:

Fit new blades onto:

It is important that you fit new blades correctly, otherwise it will affect the cutting and the robot itself.

The robot may report errors or make noise due to incorrectly fitted blades.

When changing blades, all three must be replaced at the same time.

If you have checked everything and the error still occurs, please remove the cutting disc and try running the machine without it.

If the machine still makes noise or reports an error, it means the fault lies in the motor or the machine's control/electronics.
