1. Use the measuring tool to maintain a distance of 25 cm between the cable and the boundary.
2. Place the cable pegs approximately 80 cm apart. Adjust closer if the ground is uneven.
3. The boundary cable must not exceed 300 m.
4. Ensure at least 1 metre between the boundary cables if both you and your neighbour have robotic lawn mowers.
5. Place the charging station at least 10 metres from your neighbour's boundary cable.
6. If your neighbour's robotic lawn mower is from a different manufacturer, maintain at least 2 metres distance from their boundary cable.
If an obstacle is level with the ground and safe for the mower to drive over, such as a driveway or a pavement, only 8 cm of space is needed between it and the boundary cable.
Setting Up Islands and Requirements for Narrow Passages
Note: If you do not want the mower to enter certain areas of the lawn, such as flower beds, bushes, or trees, you can create an "island" with the boundary cable. The mower can pass through narrow passages that are at least 0.8 metres wide.
Ensure that the boundary cable is completely straight at each corner, and that all angles formed by the boundary cable are 90° or greater.
